We explore the ways in which travel stimulates growth—and how travel has evolved over time. Certainly, travel enhances human insight and experience. Interdisciplinary teaching and learning benefit from travel. The archetypal quest is often linked to knowledge as boon—as exemplified in Brenna Garcia’s review of Joseph Campbell’s famous work , the Hero with a Thousand Faces.
